Secretary of State Jesse White, in cooperation with the Streator Family YMCA, is offering a Rules of the Road Review Course for citizens in the Streator area. The course is free. The purpose of the course is to help participants pass the Illinois drivers license renewal examination.

A new law signed by Governor Quinn Tuesday, is aimed at improving school bus safety.  

Governor Pat Quinn today signed a bill into law that will significantly improve the safety of Illinois' students riding school buses.  

Benton Public Library will hold its second annual Family Reading Night on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
